Digital inclusion work is at a defining moment. Local governments and community organizations are trying to close the digital divide, but they often lack a unified vision. Libraries are uniquely qualified to lead the effort because we can approach this work from the foundation of our professional values. We’re already offering basic digital inclusion services. But it takes personal enthusiasm and a clear vision to grow. This session will give attendees the tools to design the library services of the digitally equitable future.
